In the Tradition of America’s Finest Historic Hotels
Inside a grand palatial stone building, in a room defined with dark wood paneling and aged leather, the traditional steakhouse has been refined. The 1886 Steakhouse could easily be found in Kansas City or San Francisco but instead, has made its home on the first floor of the elegant Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs.
The 1886 Steakhouse features handcut steaks of prime grade seasoned with a signature rub that combines French sea salt, truffle oil and black truffles. Each steak is vacuum packed after being cut and then individually prepared as it is ordered on a state of the art chop house broiler that sears the meat to juicy perfection. Entrees are thoughtfully paired with sides that enhance the meal and a cruvinet provides an astounding array of award-winning wines to pair with each meal. Reservations are recommended.
