4th of July Parade & Festivities: 7/4

The 4th kicks off on Wednesday morning with an old-fashioned 4th of July parade. Festivities start at 9:30 with the crowning of the Ms. Apple Pie and Mr. Firecracker at the parade line-up location by Carnegie Library. The Parade starts at 10 a.m. and includes a best-dressed dog contest. Everyone is invited join in the parade. Following the parade is a watermelon seed spitting contest in the parking lot between the Auditorium and the courthouse.

Drumming in the Park: 7/7 6pm-8pm. Spring is here & Angelo is back with “Drumming in the Park.” Come on down to Basin Spring Park and join in the fun!
Family Day at ESSA: 7/7 9am-4:30pm A full day of fun with just you and your child at the Eureka Springs School of the Arts. The first half of the day you’ll be building a project in clay and the other half of the day creating one of a kind jewelry pieces. Call 479-253-5384 for registration information.

Adam Cunningham and the Wilson Brothers Band: 7/13 7:30pm-10:30pm at the City Auditorium A great night of entertainment with Adam Cunningham, a contestant on The Voice Season 1. 20th Annual Fat Tire Festival: 7/13-7/15 Attracting riders, spectators, and party-goers from surrounding states this 3 day weekend is packed with downhill, super-d, short track, and cross country racing. Glued together with group rides, social gatherings, and good vibes. www.fattirefestival.com

Vintage Legends Motorcycle Show: 7/28 9am-4pm at Pine Mountain Village at the Pig Trail Harley Davidson. This one-of-a-kind juried event will fill Pine Mountain Village with all sorts of vintage motorcycles and excited spectators, everyone anxious to see which antique bike is voted the best.
Dancing in the Park: 7/28 The fourth Saturday of the month brings dancing to Basin Spring Park. Free event! The Melonlight Dancers will entertain all ages, and if you’re willing, they’ll help you learn a step or two.
