Our Intro to SUP Lessons are approximately 1 hour of instruction from a certified SUP instructor. We offer 1 on 1 and Semi Private Group Lessons up to 5 paddlers. Our Guided ECO Tour is approximately two hours of paddling and swimming along the limestone bluffs and potential waterfalls and wildlife. Connect with yourself and nature without the traditional motorized boating, by using your own energy to glide through the water.
